Join our non-contact boxing sessions at Sobell Leisure Centre! Designed for young people of all abilities, our sessions combine fitness, skill development, and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment.
Our sessions also include mentoring support, helping participants build confidence, set goals, and navigate challenges on and off the mat.
Girls Only (Ages 10–16): 4:00pm – 5:20pm
A welcoming, empowering space for girls to learn boxing techniques, stay active, and build self-confidence.
Mixed Group (Ages 13–19): 5:20pm – 6:45pm
A fun, inclusive session for teens to develop boxing skills, improve fitness, and receive mentoring support.
Non-contact boxing skills suitable for all abilities

Young people aged 10–19
